Hibiki can act cute too, issue is that usually she's too hot headed to actually care about that.

Later in the story they add a few interesting additional minor heroines on top like Izuru showed here.

She's about to attack from behind, Motoko. Don't care about the clothes, we're definitely not going to look!

I quite like Izuru overall, but I still think Motoko is just too strong when it comes to looks.
