Kuroneko to Majo no Kyoushitsu Ep.15 - Drunk magic?! Aria was so adorable!
Episode 15 of Kuroneko to Majo no Kyoushitsu continues with a completely lighthearted episode that lacks any particular world-building or development. It is divided into three segments, following the students through new experiences and providing a bit of focus on characters who were lightly touched upon in past arcs, such as Libra Astraea.
The first segment follows Astraea, who wants to get closer to Pollux while simultaneously avoiding Castor. His solution? Using a potion to become female. Claude and Spica are forced to go along, and plenty of comedy ensues. It is nothing serious, but it showcases the type of magic Astraea can use.

In the second small segment, the dorm mother spies on Claude and starts to question exactly what he is doing with his students. Everything begins when she hears Spica talking about kissing in his room (for magic deactivation), leading the dorm mother to become suspicious and start observing him more closely.
One misunderstanding leads to another, and she now views Claude as a predator who is using his students. Of course, Claude is doing nothing of the sort, but there is currently no way to resolve the situation. I love these comedic misunderstanding sub-plots; they remind me of the Muyoku na Seijo novel.
The third segment features a rematch of the original challenge to capture the magical rabbits. This time, the dark versions, which are much smarter than the previous ones, are used. Spica is extremely excited to try to get a good score, but this leads her to use a special type of flower that makes everyone drunk.
The reactions are hilarious and very yuri, which is always welcome. Hana becomes a "kiss monster" toward Spica, Aria cries because she doesn't want to be hated by Spica, and Io starts to undress due to the heat while in her giant form. Ewe and Capella acting like mother and daughter is also cute.

Next week's episode is titled "Io Taurus Gets to Work," and it looks like the focus will be entirely on Io. She has had almost no time to shine since her introduction. This time around, it seems they will get caught up in something magical, and she will have to solve it.
