Wuthering Waves 3.3 Part 2 Story - Denia! That line means she's still alive?

Today, Denia was released alongside the "segue" part of the 3.3 storyline, and I have to say it: if you remember the last post I wrote about the series, I was very critical and felt the whole chapter was a letdown compared to the hype that had been created up to this point.

This segue, however, completely grabbed my attention for its entire length (which was relatively short, at only 3 hours). There was Denia's backstory as an experiment created by the Grand Architect, the absolutely horrifying dolls of Nivora stalking her as she went through the research facility again, and her final farewell to her friends like Sigrika.

The initial part of the patch were without too many CGs, but then they went full throttle once her final scenes arrived. Denia is so beautiful

Denia really cared for her friends, it was really painful to see Sigrika giving that last happy birthday that looked a lot like a goodbye

Her struggle with feelings of guilt and her eventual disappearance into the void to avoid being a burden to everyone was sad, but at the same time, it gave Denia a personality—something she lacked until this chapter—and I ended up liking her more than Aemeath as a character overall.

Probably because I just like quiet girls more, I guess? Her story is deliberately open-ended; she leaves without a trace, with no destination and a wish. I was expecting the worst, but the lines for her playable character seem to be from the point of view of a future Denia.

Now the question remains about what is the Grand Architect trying to do and who is he. I'm starting to wonder if it's actually the original Rover and our Rover is just a copy.

Denia's dark side is also nice, but I still think her light one is the most beautiful one. The dark side is more on the hot side and doesn't fit her as well

The lines in her playable character profile say, "Surprised to see me? Ahah, relax. I told you we'd meet again," and, "But thanks to you, I can stabilize Voidmatter now. It's a bit embarrassing to say, but... I think I want to use this power to protect everyone." To me, these are clear indications that she's going to be part of the story again.

Then there was the code word she shared with Rover to determine if it was really her or the Grand Architect. Apparently, the Grand Architect can only imitate someone who has been close to him for a long period of time, and Denia is a possible target. This is also a strong indication of her return.

Denia, I hope you'll be able to go back and walk together with them soon. That's the best ending for you, back just having fun with Sigrika.

Falling into the void, we still don't know much about the end goal of the Grand Architect, but it's clear that he cares nothing about individuals.

I speculate that her return will be in the pivotal final patch of the 3.x cycle—the so-called "Avengers Assemble" moment they did at the end of 2.x. That would allow Sigrika to recover at least one of her friends and give Denia the happy ending she deserves. She hasn't had a chance at a real life yet, and she deserves one.

Now we go back to the waiting stage, but I'm wondering what the content of the next patches will be. The story of Lahai Roi is substantially finished, but there are still plenty of patches left before the end of the cycle. They can't just move to another zone immediately, so... what's coming for us?
