Star Rail 4.4 Story - Final clash with Asat Pramad. Now Voracity?!
Patch 4.4 of Honkai: Star Rail has just arrived, along with the final parts of the Asat Pramad arc of the Planarcadia storyline. Just as I predicted in past patches, Asat Pramad is turning out to be merely a mid-boss, similar to what we faced in Amphoreus with Aquila.
Not to say that he wasn't an entertaining one, because instead of fighting, he prefers manipulation and talking. This also leads us to learn about things that might be true, of course, as far as we can trust a Lord Ravager to be honest. For example, Aha mentioned that Trailblazing is the final path that might cause finality.
This was a "success" on the dice roll, so while it is true, it may be a partial truth, as he himself stated in the rules. This makes me believe that it may be connected to the "other self" that we have started to encounter on our journey. In this patch, we had a small discussion with him (it's the male version for me, as I chose Stelle as my protagonist).

He mentions that in his future, Himeko died and a series of other disasters happened one after another, such as Qlipoth's hammer striking the planet. Stelle using the Stellaron changed that destiny, but also brought us to uncharted paths that might not be better overall for humanity, especially if we consider that Stellarons were generated by Xipe.
Another interesting revelation (a critical success on the dice roll, so it has to be fully true) is that Aha is being consumed by the passage of time and will eventually become a shadow of Them. Asat Pramad said that he wanted to put an end to Them before They reach that point. Of course, he didn't manage to do so, but I wonder what Stelle will do about it.

Oh, and we received the final revelation about what happened to Himeko. It turns out Motoko (her imagenae) made contact with a shadow in space that granted her the wish to switch with Himeko. This was not the work of Aha, who was silent during the last Phantasmoon Games. But what is this shadow? Another Aeon? Or what?
Stelle using her power to save Himeko was great, but it also casts even more ridicule on "Potential Man" Welt Yang, whose entire job was to protect Himeko and who didn't get a single moment to shine in the entire patch. I'm honestly baffled about what they want to do with him; he has been the most plain and uninteresting character in the group since the very beginning.

Now that Himeko is safe permanently (her story arc is done), we are going to face the awakened Voracity. Of course, it's not the full Aeon that is awakening, but merely a small part of it. It doesn't make it any less threatening, though, especially considering they need to evacuate the entire population in time.
Of course, that won't happen until we're done with the new Fate collab, which is slated to start in 10 days. I can't wait to see if they deliver a better story for it because the first collab was honestly utterly terrible. It was one of the worst Fate experiences I've ever had in my life.
