Yuusha no Kuzu Ep.03 - Yukine centered episode. Sara's voice is really good!
The third episode of Yuusha no Kuzu (勇者のクズ) continues from where we left off, with Yashiro now being pestered by all three of the girls that he saved from the demon lord. They want him to become their instructor as they're all three at risk of becoming dropouts at the academy and think he has the skill to teach them.
We still don't know Sara's innate skill (as she only appeared for a few scenes at the beginning of the episode), but her voice and attitude was completely different from what I was expecting (in a good way). She's more boy-ish in her behaviour and her cool voice (Yumiri Hanamori) is downright amazing for the role.

Aki is cheerful, energetic and doesn't listen to Yashiro at all. Yukine is silent and reserved, but doesn't shy of killing anyone. Sara seems to be more of a boyish shy girl and the only one in the group with some level of common sense. I guess she'll be the one working as a mediator to control the other two from going too much out of control.
We also got to know that she's the daughter of the ultra popular hero Arthur Pendragon and the current top of the academy so she's sort of an ojou-sama. Due to his position he can't treat her different from the other students and he agrees that Yashiro would be a good teacher to them. He's still very reluctant to accept the position though.
The rest of the episode was instead centered around Yukine following Yashiro around to "learn from him". Seems like the academy pays the students quite a bit for their effort making Yukine technically richer than Yashiro. He seems to tolerate her presence when walking around the city, but I wonder what is he actually thinking.
Why is he so against taking the three students under his wing? I understand the job isn't exactly a "clean one", but if the really didn't care about them he would just teach, get the money and move on. He seems to be adamant in refusing them which makes me wonder if there is a much deeper reason maybe rooted in his past.

We know for sure that he's currently being targeted by various demon lords that want him to become their underlings or die. Arthur Pendragon was also very impressed by his past actions as a hero. In this very episode some of the henchman of a demon lord even tried to kidnap him while he was with Yukine. Just what did he do to warrant this level of attention?
Looking forward to see what happens in the next episode. The episode preview (title is "Brave's Errand") seems to indicate we'll go a bit deeper into Yashiro's current situation with Aki taking back the role of the heroine following him around. I guess Sara will have to wait for another episode to get her time to shine.
