Kirei ni Shite Moraemasu ka Ep.06 - Kinme is way too pure with those thoughts!

Episode 6 of Kirei ni Shite Moraemasuka / Wash It All Away (綺麗にしてもらえますか) continues right from where we left off last week, following the incident of the "indirect kiss" between Kinme and Kyuushou. It was indirect because, of course, it happened through a mask, so really nothing occurred.

Kyuushou is, naturally, embarrassed and doesn't know how to behave around Kinme, while the latter is completely oblivious to why he is avoiding her. She even ended up consulting Yagara Asami, which caused the latter to have a long and hearty laugh (see the attached video).

I quite like this picture over the other three even if simpler because Kinme looks way more cute than usual

These other are also nice, but they lean too much on Kinme's beautiful side instead.

Kinme's first thought was that he was upset about the incident, but let's be real: which high school boy would be upset about a kiss from someone who looks and acts like Kinme? It isn't as if she could be considered average in her world, especially when looking at the other characters. The only other comparable character in terms of looks would be Kuriru.

I like that Kinme is portrayed as completely oblivious to the romantic implications of the situation, and I hope it stays that way, even though I am not entirely sure where the story is headed. Everything seems to indicate that he will be a romantic interest, but I still feel it would be a bit weird considering the age difference between the two.

The rest of the episode consisted of the usual scenes of Kinme wandering around, delivering items, and performing cleaning work for various clients, but at this point, I have to ask: is it normal for these shops to always invite Kinme to relax at their establishments for free every time she delivers something to them?

At first, I thought, "Oh, what generous owners", but after this many episodes, I am wondering if I am missing some social cues that are perhaps more common in Japanese culture than in mine. I don't think I have ever heard of anything like that happening around here.

As usual the eyecatches in this series are way too gorgeous. Of course Kinme is hot, but the scenery is also amazing.

Seriously though, feel good that she get invited to relax at each establishment when she goes to do work. Like, is it a common thing out there?

The next episode is titled "You should leverage your assets!!" which makes me wonder what kind of situation Kinme is going to get dragged into. Is it about Kyuushou and the romance angle, or something else entirely? If it is the former, does she even need to do anything? Her mere existence is already more than enough of a magnet.
