Kuroneko to Majo no Kyoushitsu Ep.11 - Time for punishment Taurus Arc!
Episode 11 of Kuroneko to Majo no Kyoushitsu goes mostly as planned, with the students being cornered and the tension raised to the max for the grand finale next week, where we will get the resolution, leaving the story open-ended for possible sequels or for those who, like me, are going to take on the manga instead.
The surprising part for me was how direct and unfiltered some of the scenes were, like the bite to Aries Ewe's leg or the scene where Cancer Tarf is hit. I noticed it in other scenes in the past, but it has really ramped up now that we are facing real villains and not just minor antagonists.

Turus Arc is clearly being set up for a redemption arc later in the series, but I have to admit that she is extremely annoying and evil in her current iteration. I'm not saying that in a negative way, because her job is to be antagonistic to Spica, and she's doing a marvelous job at that. The voice, the mannerisms, and the actions are those of a perfect brainwashed villain.
I'm sure her assumptions about Claude using her for magic are false, likely something that was instilled by the evil religion and caused her to turn to their side. How we can bring her back to the light is the question; her design is way too good to be wasted as a minor villain anyway.
Algebar Rigel, meanwhile, feels like a "mid-boss", the typical character who dies by the end of the series, but whose death is inconsequential because the real boss is much stronger. I don't think either is happening this season, though, as the match will likely end with both Arc and Rigel escaping.
Also, yes, it seems like we're going to get the second "cross magic" next week with Spica connecting with Sagittarius Aldea Chiron. Will that be enough to defeat Turus, or will they require Claude to return at full magic? Considering the other students are being attacked by Rigel, I think Claude's return is absolutely necessary, but...

The next episode is titled "The Superior Magician," and the short preview segment shows Spica activating some powerful magic with a bluish background around her. Is it going to be the first time we see her power in action for real? Also, to whom is that title referring: Claude or Spica?
