Yuusha no Kuzu Ep.15 - Whoa, that's pretty dangerous. Tomoe was cute.

Episode 15 of Yuusha no Kuzu continues where we left off, with the invasion of the demon lord's base ongoing; there are many casualties as the various parties showcase their powers. It is much more action-packed than I expected, with almost everyone getting time to shine.

I honestly laughed at the "you can't look at me" skill of that little girl. That's jail material right there, but it was cute to see her embarrassed; it must suck to have such a skill and have to use it, though. I wonder if we'll get to see how she became a hero, because she doesn't seem to be from the same academy as Aki and the others.

The striking age difference between Yashiro and the girls is always obvious, but here felt bigger than usual.

Now that's one powerful skill, but having to undress to activate it? Poor girl, she may get confused reactions...

The main battle, of course, features Yashiro, Aki, Seira, and Yukine against the demon lord and a few allies of the Half Dragon. They introduce a few new characters, such as Tomoe (the young girl who appears in the OP), who uses a spear, and Seki (who uses magic that allows him to climb through the air and is a monster-like human).

Aki, Yukine, and Seira were overwhelmed and injured by the demon lord—nothing that E3 can't fix, but it was still quite a shock to them. Yashiro himself began to worry about them, and that very fact shocked him, as he hadn't expected to actually end up caring for the girls.

This is the moment where Yashiro realized that he soften up for Yukine, Aki and Seira. It started as a mere nuisance, but now he cares for them. View video page

Yashiro himself didn't have much trouble dispatching Tomoe and the others alone, which reinforces my belief that Tomoe is meant to be an enemy for the girls rather than Yashiro. She serves as an antagonist through whom they can grow and reach a new level. I suppose we'll see more of that in the coming episodes.

The next episode is titled "The Darkness of Braves" and will reveal the secrets they found at the base after the battle is settled. What kind of darkness will they discover? Is any brave group related to the creation of those monstrosities? What happens to the demon lord at the end?

I can imagine her feeling having to hear hundreds of voices all at once in her head and probably not even normal voices...

I should've waited next week, but Seira was way too cute so I had to use this picture right now. Sorry, but not sorry. Seira is love!

Oh, and most importantly, it's confirmed that we'll finally get the onsen scene that I mentioned wanting a few weeks ago. They showed the three girls in it at the end of the preview, so it's pretty much guaranteed. Seira looked ultra-cute in it, as usual; I can't wait to see what situation they end up in.
