Yuusha Party ni Kawaii Ko ga Ita no de, Kokuhaku Shitemita Ep.13 - Ending! Cute Cecilia.
Episode 13 of the anime series Yuusha Party ni Kawaii Ko ga Ita no de, Kokuhaku Shitemita (There was a Cute Girl in the Hero's Party, so I Tried Confessing to Her) completes the adaptation with pretty much what I was expecting from the whole arranged marriage event surrounding Cecilia.
Soleil wasn't a bad guy; he was just interested in Youki's masked form, which was the main reason he used this arranged marriage as an excuse to travel to the country and learn more about it. He was a bit too zealous, though, to the point that the guild had to intervene because he was stealing jobs from low-level adventurers and not even doing them right causing chaos around the city.

I honestly don't understand the appeal of the "masked hero" trope, and I was somewhat passive and uninterested in the various scenes that unfolded between Youki and Soleil. I'm guessing this is different for the Japanese audience that grew up watching such tropes, but I'm not entirely sure.
In the end, everything was just in Cecilia's head; she was continuing to escape from Youki's attention, and this was just another excuse to postpone thinking about his feelings for her. Even Happiness (see screenshot) was sort of fed up with this and told her to just go and confess to him.
Mikana, Yuuga and the other characters didn't have much of a role in this last episode and only appeared in a few very small scenes. It's a shame as I was hoping for everyone to be around for the final episode. In the end, I guess Cecilia and Youki can be considered a couple. They confirmed their feelings and they hugged, so I suppose that counts as a happy ending.
Overall, I don't think this was a great show. There were too many dead moments and questionable episodes, leaving it at the bottom end of the season when it comes to overall enjoyment. I'm not saying it was the absolute worst, but it's probably very close to it.

I did like both Cecilia and Mikana as heroines, and Youki wasn't a bad protagonist. I think the problem was in the actual events that were covered, the extreme pressure to try and make everyone "a couple," and some extremely awkward and cringey episodes, like the one with the hero from the neighboring country.
